| Local to Litchfield County. He comes to the Litchfield Inn by way of the Boulder’s Inn, in New Preston, Ct, where he started his cooking career 15 years ago.
Working his way through the ranks at The Boulders, The Paradise Cafe in Sag Harbor, NY and other Litchfield County kitchens, eventually returning to the Boulders to lead as Chef. Over the years, Michael has been mentored by a few very influential Chefs. Chef Eric Adema, Chef Stephen Putnam & Chef Gerald McDonald. All of which have shaped his style and approach to cooking. Simple, honest cooking based on using quality products and sound technique. |
